IMPORTANT NOTE FOR BOARDING PUPILS
Boarders should arrive the night before they are due to return to school. UK boarders should arrive by 18:30 while boarders travelling from overseas may arrive between 16:00 and 22:00 on the day before school starts. If arrival/ departure times are proving difficult, please contact us prior to arranging travel (i.e. booking flights etc.). International pupils may be required to stay with their guardian if they are due to arrive before 16:00 or after 22:00 on the day before school starts.
All boarders must be collected on the last day of term as stated above. If international pupils are unable to be collected before the stated times above then arrangements for them to stay with a guardian after this time should be organised. If these options are not possible, please contact the school to discuss alternative arrival/departure dates.
If you are aware that your child’s flight is delayed then please contact the boarding staff as soon as you are made aware of this.
