House System - Junior School
The House System is a prominent feature throughout the Junior School, fostering a strong sense of belonging, teamwork, and camaraderie through popular events like celebration assemblies and spirited inter-house competitions held throughout the school year.
Pupils continue their journeys as Flynns, Champions, Millers, or Napiers, and all members of the House can participate in activities that provide cultural and physical development. Pupils gain life skills and points towards the end-of-term house treat
House Captains
In Years 3 and 6, children can put themselves forward to be House Captains. This job requires supporting the youngest children in the Junior School, becoming ‘active listeners’ for their peers, and helping to motivate their houses for inter-house competitions.
