At Boundary Oak, we offer a range of flexible boarding options designed to support different lifestyles, whether you are looking for a full UK independent boarding school experience, a weekly routine, or the flexibility of occasional stays. Full Boarding
A complete boarding experienceFull boarding offers children the opportunity to experience every aspect of life within our boarding house. Living alongside friends throughout the week and at weekends, pupils become part of a close, supportive community where friendships grow naturally through shared experiences.
Children quickly settle into familiar routines, supported by experienced boarding staff who know them well. Alongside academic study, they enjoy weekend activities, trips, social events and the everyday moments that make boarding feel like home.
Weekly Boarding
Independence during the week, home for weekends
Weekly boarding allows pupils to enjoy the benefits of boarding during the school week before returning home each weekend. It combines the structure and friendships of boarding with valuable family time.
Children take part in evening activities, complete prep with staff support, share meals with friends and become fully involved in boarding life before heading home on Friday.
Flexi Boarding
Flexible boarding around family life
Flexi boarding gives families the freedom to choose regular overnight stays that fit around their schedule. Children may board once or twice a week, stay after activities, or enjoy planned overnight visits throughout the term.
For many children, flexi boarding is an enjoyable introduction to boarding life. It allows them to experience the friendships, routines and community of the boarding house while continuing their normal home routine.
Flexi Boarding Fees
Book Boarding whenever you need it
Families can book individual boarding nights whenever they are required, making boarding a practical option for busy family life.
- £66 per night - inclusive of VAT.
Save with Flexi Boarding Packages
If your child boards regularly, our flexi boarding packages provide excellent value while allowing you to spread nights throughout the academic year.
There is no requirement to use nights consecutively, giving families the flexibility to book boarding when it suits them.
- 5 Nights - £280 (equivalent to £56 per night)
- 10 Nights - £460 (equivalent to £46 per night)
The Boarding Passport Reward
Every child joining our flexi boarding programme receives their own boarding passport.
Each overnight stay earns a passport stamp, celebrating every step of their boarding journey.
Once a pupil has completed 10 boarding nights, they receive one complimentary boarding night, giving them another opportunity to enjoy time with friends and experience everything boarding has to offer.
Occasional Boarding
A warm welcome whenever you need it
Occasional boarding provides complete flexibility. Families can book individual nights when required, giving children the chance to enjoy boarding without committing to a regular pattern.
