Our school operates a private bus system using internal mini-buses and Xelabus Coaches.

Breakfast Club
Breakfast Club is available daily in the Dining Hall from 07:40 – 08:15. Children arriving early who do not require breakfast have dedicated age-specific areas to go to. You can find out about fees and book by contacting the School Office on 01329 280955. 

After school care
The school provides flexible after school care for children from Reception onwards until 18:00 . This service is free of charge until 16:30 to enable siblings to be collected simultaneously. From 16:30, after school care is charged at £3.00 per 30 minutes. 

Pupils in Years 4-11 who don't have co-curricular commitments, can attend our Prep and Film clubs from 16:30-17:30.

Boarders can participate in a club from 16:30 to 17:30, and then, after Big Tea (dinner), they will complete their prep together.

All clubs are supervised by a member of the teaching staff and/or boarding staff. 

Children aged four and over remaining at school after 17:30 will go to the Dining Hall for Big Tea (dinner) to enjoy a freshly cooked evening meal with our boarders and may be collected afterwards. Please book in via the School Office. 
 

Our Medical Room is staffed daily by our School Nurse and healthcare assistants, and is equipped with the necessary medical supplies. Any medications brought into school must be submitted to the School Nurse through the School Office.

A medical form is required for Taster Days and upon acceptance of a placement. Further details on medication are available on request.

Our Holiday Club is delivered in partnership with Foundation Play and is open to children aged 4 to 11 whether attending Boundary Oak or another school. 

Children join one of three groups, choosing from sports, multi-sports and arts and crafts. They can switch groups throughout the day to try all the different activities.

09:00 – 17:30 sessions are available for £30 per day, including activities, lunch, and snacks. An earlier 08:00 am sign-in option is also available.

Our superb catering team cooks delicious fresh meals on the premises, providing the nourishment and fuel our pupils need for their energetic, productive days. 

Meal times add to the homely atmosphere at Boundary Oak, especially Big Tea in the early evening, where pupils of all ages eat together, like family.

Pupils have their say in the menus, which include a variety of cuisines served on a three-week rotation. Fruit, salad, fresh-filled sandwiches, soup, pasta, jacket potatoes, and tasty hot food options are available daily. 

Children with special dietary requirements can be catered for with prior notice.
